Leanne Franklin – Company Director
Leanne Franklin is the dedicated and passionate Director behind the company, bringing with her many years of hands-on experience and leadership within the health and social care sector. Beginning her career in care at just 17 years old, Leanne quickly discovered a genuine calling to support people in living safe, dignified, and fulfilling lives.
Over the years, Leanne has worked across a wide range of services, including elderly care, learning disabilities, and dementia care. Her career journey has given her a deep understanding of the diverse needs of individuals and families, as well as the importance of compassion, patience, and professionalism in every aspect of care delivery.
Starting as a care assistant, Leanne progressed through a variety of roles, gaining extensive practical knowledge and leadership experience. She later became a CQC Registered Manager for several services, where she developed a strong reputation for maintaining high standards, supporting staff development, and ensuring outstanding quality of care.
Driven by her passion for delivering excellence, Leanne founded the company with a clear vision: to provide truly personalised care that places individuals at the centre of every decision. She firmly believes that no two people are the same, and that care should always reflect personal preferences, independence, and dignity.
Known for her friendly and approachable nature, Leanne takes pride in building trusting relationships with clients, families, and staff alike.
